We do not control such work and we do not always recieve advance notice of when it will begin. We will notify you as soon as possible if we think that building work of any kind will affect your holiday. We cannot, however, accept responsibility should any activity commence without notice or without our knowledge and we regret that we do not accept liability or pay any compensation under these circumstances.
