Rental charges are per week and are inclusive of water, electricity, laundering of bed linen, towels and teacloths etc.
The Rental charges quoted are for the Duplex and services; up to a maximum of 5 Adults sharing i.e. they are not charges per person.
Bookings are normally from Friday to Friday – although there is some flexibility dependant upon Flight Schedules to the Island and availability.
A Deposit of £100 is required to reserve a booking, which is held against any breakages/damage etc. during your stay. This Deposit is fully refundable following a satisfactory inspection of the property after your departure. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your booking. The full rental amount is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
We recommend that Insurance Cover be taken out for the Rental.
A complimentary Welcome Food Pack is provided upon arrival.
Cheques for both the Deposit and Balance are to be made payable to ‘Mrs M H Darling’ and forwarded to the address given on the Contact page.
The Duplex is available from 14.00hrs and must be vacated by 10.00hrs on day of departure. Suitcases can be stored if necessary for late afternoon/evening departures (by prior arrangement).
Prior to your arrival, Directions from the Airport to Ca’n Cassie will be forwarded to you, together with the key and full address details. We ask that that you return the key to us on your arrival home. |
